Maxine On Health Care John Wagner

Yeah funny. Reading my way through food blogs and the like, just got an online test, the devastating conclusion that I have a very high risk of liver disease (? Noticed nothing at all)

It would certainly explain my skin problems. I'm going to leave the liver check, I promise. On my diet, it can really be hard, since I live on the Mediterranean, according to me good for salad, fruit and fish feeding. .. I have not overweight but I smoke and drink like an ox. (A very small ox of course) will that be good. Promiscuity (hepatitis B) is not in question, if so, I would have the virus have been over four years. Blood transfusion (hepatitis C), not before 1992 (Amendment of canning standards) - and ne needle fixer I do not even ever SEEN up close.
Since the liver is the largest metabolic organ of the people with only limited Regenarationsfähigkeit (and without the thing we can survive only a few hours), I should make me really start thinking about my shameful way of life and live as healthy, I always preach to others.
I can say one thing: The little older and my skin is blemished, is definitely due to my surroundings. The air is not as pure and clear as in Kiel, where a fish head as I am a rosy complexion with red cheeks, and the white clothes can be hung outside. (Here it is brown in the evening - and the same goes for the skin). The dust in the air here is enormous. A skin cream with Teflon-effect would be great * lol
matter. must continue to work.
weather in Valencia today: cloudy, windy, about 24 degrees Celsius. Very pleasant
